Its becoming quite a tradition, and so it should be !
The Boxing day Dip which had been organised once again by Bob George and Phil Anniss, was clearly a huge success.
With a Bikini theme, the guys and girls made quite a picture, and why not, when its for a such great cause as the local Life Boat.
The sea was not as kind as the weather, but with the local Coast Guard in attendance, and a welcomed appearance from the Life Boat, the participants could be confident as they braved the sea.
Ron and Kate Scott showed kind hospitality in the Ship Inn when they greeted the bathers with hot soup and hot beverages.
Once the sponsorship money is accounted for, TownGossip will publish the details, but with such support, this event is sure to have made a great contribution to Life Boat funds.
