Skinningrove History Group has at last had its book published
The official launch will take place at Skinningove Community Centre on Thursday 7th September between 7pm and 9pm. Light refreshments will be available
The book is called Skengrave, and features a collection of old photos of the life and times of the village.
Spokeswoman Kath Hicks told TownGossip "This is our first book and any money raised is going towards another edition if we can beg or borrow enough photos.
We also are looking to start a web site where people can see all the old photos that we collected during our meetings.
Hopefully people will let us copy photos and return them so everybody can enjoy our colourful history."
