3. Sponsored Game and Competition Participation

   Games and competitions are provided for the entertainment of participants, and are available to anybody visiting the site. However, for those wishing to become a competitor in a sponsored competition or game in order to win a prize or accolade, the participant must first register. Registration also provides access to other areas of the site which include the Car Boot Sale where you can trade in all sorts of articles, the Forum, where you can participate in discussions, and the Gallery, where you can view and display interesting images.

4. IMPORTANT: When registering as a User, it is important to provide the correct email address, as the process involves email address confirmation. In other words, if you associate your chosen Username and Password with a fictitious email address, the confirmation codes will be sent to that fictitious address, and you will never receive them in order to complete your registration. You will also loose the opportunity to use your chosen Username and Password.

5. When registering to participate within the site, the system will only allow one User Name and Password to be associated with each individual email address.    The participant who has the highest score at the predefined competition end time, will be the winner. In the event of there being a tie, the prize will be equally shared between the winners.

7. Competitions

   The competitor who is judged by the appointed panel of judges to be the winner, will be indisputably found to be 'The Winner'.

8. Disputes

   In any dispute, the Administrators decision is absolute and final.

9. Prizes

   Prizes may need to be collected from the sponsors premises, or delivered by means of a local delivery facility, and so competitors from out of the area may find it impossible or uneconomical to collect their prize, and competitors should consider this factor. A typical example could be if the prize was a family meal from a local takeaway who may not provide in your area.

10. Prize Liability Limitation

    The limitation of liability for the surrendering of the prize to a winner is 28 days from the competition end date. This means that if a prize is not collected or claimed within that time, it is considered elapsed, and no further liability to provide that prize will exist.
